WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR BUYERS CONSULTATION

We want to make the most of our time with you. In order to do that, there’s a few things we’d like you to bring to your appointment. 

YOUR PRE-APPROVAL LETTER

Ideally, you will have your letter already and emailed to us. If you haven’t done this yet, that’s alright! We’ll get you in touch with a trusted loan officer. If you have your letter, we’ll talk about what price range and timetable you’re comfortable with. 

 

YOUR HOME WISH LIST

Some questions to consider:

  • What are your non-negotiables?
  • If you had to choose, what are your top 5 non-negotiables?
  • Beyond your top 5 non-negotiable needs, what is something you really want?
  • Do you have a preference for what year the house was built?
  • Do you want a house in move-in condition or are you willing to do some work on it?
  • Are there any specific features that would make a house feel instantly like home to you?
  • Will you require any accessibility options?

If you’ve already been searching, bring us a list of homes you like. This way we can get a better feel for what you want, and we can schedule any showings on listings you want to see.
